BACKGROUND

GREEN+BENZ are award winning independent jewellers who have enduring relationships with some of the most acclaimed designers and brands in the world. With two stores in Chesterfield and Sheffield, they pride themselves on truly understanding a client’s needs and delivering an exceptional experience every step of the way.

Helen Dimmick a Fellow of the Gemmological Association and qualified gemologist took over GREEN+BENZ in 2012 having started her professional career with the auction house that is now Bonham’s where she became a specialist in Antique Jewellery. Enjoying the client interactions especially she then moved to the exclusive Bond St Jeweller Bentley and Skinner and later onto the famous Tiffany & Co where she worked for five years as manager overseeing the Fashion, Statement, Watches and Engagement departments.

BRIEF

A premium retail location became available in Chesterfield and GREEN+BENZ were able to secure the space opening an eye-catching new flagship store. The environment was the first chosen and orchestrated entirely by new MD Helen which presented an opportunity to express the brands new direction, style and character. The store was a much larger space to any of those previously occupied by the company and would house prestigious brands such as Tag Heuer which they hadn’t previously been associated with.

SOLUTION

The new flagship store in Chesterfield would give GREEN+BENZ a very new physical appearance on the high street, along with the contributions to materials, graphics and environment within the store, our work would have to ensure consistency of brand across all touchpoints.

Campaigns spanning radio, online, print and social directed traffic to a landing pages on a new transactional website. Communicating the exceptional services that GREEN+BENZ offer in-store and continuing those experiences online became integral to all outcomes produced.

The exquisite and captivating designs of the unique pieces offered by GREEN+BENZ featured in monthly advertising and larger annual campaigns offered a comprehensive multi-channel journey for customers to participate, learn and win with engaging propositions and visuals.
